Diversity Council
The Diversity Council, composed of colleagues representing different voices, perspectives, backgrounds and experiences, helps to enhance a culture of inclusion throughout the Bank. This Council adds strength to CSB, dimension to ideas, and solutions to address business challenges and visualize new opportunities.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups whose aim is to foster a diverse, inclusive workplace. ERGs are usually led by colleagues who share a characteristic, whether it's gender identity, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, or another aspect of identity. The groups exist to foster connection in personal or career development, to support the work of the Diversity Council, and to create a safe space where colleagues can discuss topics of interest and importance.

CSB Pride Employee Network
Pride at CSB celebrates the heritage of resilience in our community, the creativity we bring, and the struggles we still face. Our LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies actively make CSB a more inclusive and supportive workplace, amplify diverse voices, and advocate for equality.

CSB Black Employee Network
The Black Employee Network (BEN) has a mission to recruit, retain, and advance diversity at CSB by raising awareness of diversity issues, sponsoring activities that elevate the experiences of our colleagues, customers, and communities while also seeking opportunities to further career development for members.

CSB Professional Women's Network
The Professional Women’s Network's (PWN) mission is to attract, develop, and engage Women and allies, to foster connection and growth, and to create an environment that empowers every member to define and achieve their own success.

CSB Care Advocates Resources Empowerment
The Care Advocates Resources Empowerment (C.A.R.E) mission is to empower and support caregivers within our organization by fostering a culture of understanding, empathy, and practical assistance. We aim to enhance the well-being and work-life balance of caregivers through advocacy, education, and collaboration.
